How to be happier

HOW TO BE HAPPIER.

(A journey sweeter than the destination)

You have probably seen millions of articles with the same title "HOW TO BE HAPPIER" or sometimes it's just "HOW TO BE HAPPY" and sometimes the way life affects us makes it difficult to actually believe it's a simple thing and as human beings we all deserve to experience happiness because life passes.

Happiness isn't a destination, but it's an abundant feeling coming from a place of love and freedom, it goes hand in hand with our lives, the actual journey with an anonymous destination, is it the grave?, afterlife?Heaven?Or hell?Nobody knows, and the uncertainty in the journey, to know that it can end any moment, torments the human mind to live in a state of Limbo,

To live in fear, anxiety and depression. It's easier to cling to fantasies, desire, and wants for both material and spiritual things because they seem to fuel our vessels and keep us warm in this cold, blind journey and we get very certain that happiness can be achieved once we have achieved these things, but when time comes we will always want more or sometimes we think of ourselves not enough and that's when the journey gets harder and harder filled with insecurity of our feelings and connection to the planet and the people as we dig ourselves into a grave before we die.

Now the actual trick to being happier is to give into the journey and completely letting go no matter how rough and empty it gets or easy and fruitful since for all we know the destination can be better or worse, all that we are truly aware of is the journey and the "now" we have the power to decide whether we want to be happy or not because in the end it's our lives each and everyone of us.

Happiness comes from pure appreciation of life and all that comes with it, including death, the heartbreaks and loneliness also the sunsets, flowers and sandy beaches all these are beautiful teachers, we are observers with power to choose and learn and as long as the destination is unknown, the journey is all there is trying to control it will only lead to suffering and accidents, our paths might be predetermined or not but our happiness can only be determined by us when we totally let go and be one with the experience of this journey other 7.9 billion humans like you without a clue of the destination.
