FLASHING LIGHTS
FLASHING LIGHTS.
Flashing lights, have me on late night fights,
Falling in and out of my conscious light
Falling in and out THE LIGHT
Miscounting my blessings, a broken abacus.
Plenty of stories we grew up on had really amazing characters, they were strong and they overcame whatever they had in their way and finally when reach the end, it's a big triumph; after going going through all the catastrophies; it's flashing lights at the end, it's ridding into the sunset.
But they were just stories back then and we really loved them, I know I did, I still do: Stories like Harry Potter, Lord of the rings, have heroes that were phenomenal for the tragedies they overcame, some characters were just amazing for their wit and confidence and power, yeah I'm talking about Shrek, that's an amazing story too.
But now we are older and we are no longer spending countless hours on the TV, watching movies, reading books and all that fun stuff, carefree; with no ulterior goal, rather it has become so that sometimes we escape from what's really facing us, or to feel a certain way, we all have our extra reasons, and what's really facing us is that we've become the characters of our own movies, our own dramas, the war has come to our doors and we are now facing our own challenges, that we need to overcome.
Out characters have things to fix, understand and develop, to achieve a higher state of being, that of peace and understanding, that's where the series "Flashing lights" comes in.
Comprised of four chapters namely
- Is living really suffering?
- Suffering to get it.
- War is here.
- FREEDOM
3.War is here.
Ready to bring the war himself, the persona realizes he's got to pick a path and walk it, but upon doing so, he still faces obstacles, and things are shaky and not totally going his way, but he has sworn to suffer to get it, and that made him numb and inside him grew a dark side; and like all things need to be perfectly balanced the persona finally finds his balance going into war, eager for a bloodbath.
