MONDAY ...MY DAY.

THE POWER OF MONDAY.

"Ughhhh, I hate Mondays" has to be one among the most used statements or phrases in this productivity-oriented culture , but when a phrase as such is said it represents a wide range emotions, experiences and memories pertained to Monday or the specific event. Hence we are going to use this statement to observe(and not judge) some other things in our lives.

Where we all come from we understand the power that words have and the affirming power of speaking things out, so before we say ''I hate Mondays" next time, we should first consider how strong of a negative(but strong) force "hate" is and also know that if you say(sound)-or even think(electric impulse)-you hate Monday, you will begin to feel like Mondays are always shitty, imbalanced and boring, and once you start feeling you attract the likeness of the force your deriving your feelings from(because emotions are magnets) and you begin seeing things that affirm your thoughts and feelings, turning them into beliefs.

So if you  agree with me, that your patterns and behaviour (both physical and non-physical), are a major influence on how you shape your day and ultimately your life and that everything is connected...read on, and if you think your Mondays are boring or not going as you want them to because of things outside you... read on too, this might be a chance for you discover the power your inside world has over your outer world.

Do you want to feel creative and energized through out the week?, Do you want to never feel bad because its just another day(Monday)?, Do you want to turn your Monday into your ally, where solutions come to you?,  well its all possible and even though I sound like a TV pastor.

Since we have chosen Monday as the first day of work, after a loooooooong weekend rest -Is it though?- it becomes more of a burden than something to look up to, but if we remember when we were kids, before they took us to school and told us this is right and this not,  we were excited for any day, because we loved them all, and wasn't for any complex reason, it was simply because it was a day to BE, and go with the flow of the nature, I can say we were powered by a  positive energy, the energy of love (and still are.)

Now as adults-or at least what we call ourselves- we forget to behave from that same place, the place pureness and appreciation of the days and life, but we find ways to justify our actions that prove to us we are somewhat disconnected from who we really are or what we really want.

How can we be better?

Monday can act as a tool with two purposes, calibrating and measuring, of your thoughts and emotions for the rest of the week.

By calibrating I mean, Monday can be used to set up the rest of the week, if your Monday is filled with good vibrations, creativity, love, and clarity it means you have started good, and the outcome at the end of the week will also depend on you, your ability to keep up with the process of upgrading your mind back to its original source.

And by measuring, I mean comparing, between two, now and the past or even the future, and sometimes measuring how the internal you is affected by the external environment, its only by knowing where we stand when we can decide to move to better fields of awareness.

START your Monday MINDFULLY , measure and calibrate the rest of the week when you are relaxed and from a place of positive source energy little by little build up the practice to be positive, and I promise you will see results.
